You'll need to answer all 40 questions in one sitting. We suggest you do this on a larger screen, it doesn't really work on a mobile. The average time to complete this is 8 minutes.

How to answer the questions...

Answer quickly and intuitively, don't agonise over your answers. If you don't know the answer, or don't understand the question, rate yourself low as this will indicate a knowledge gap.

What will happen to your answers...

Your answers will be pooled into a report for your leadership team, and they will feed back to you as appropriate.
